All of our ice cream is made right here on our farm just outside of Whitby. We use fresh whole milk, double cream and the finest ingredients to create our mouth watering flavours.
No artificial flavours or colourings! We use natural fruit pastes for delicious ice cream!
We have a large range of flavours that is constantly changing so keep checking back for any new ones! We currently make over 20 different flavours of ice cream including sorbets.
During the Summer months, we make enough ice cream for over 11,000 cones per day!

After the introduction of milk quotas in the 80’s, Michael and Zoe would make ice cream as a hobby with the excess milk they couldn’t sell from the family run dairy farm.
After finding an enthusiasm for making great ice cream they moved to Beacon farm late in 1989 and started selling their product to the public.
After getting out of dairy farming in 2004, the family has been able to concentrate on diversifying further.
Now in 2018 it is still a family run business with Michael and Zoe’s sons working on the farm full time and their daughters helping out when they are home.
With this family ethos behind the business they have created a place for families to enjoy!
